Retail Guidance and Mentoring

I have assisted many vendors in the development and enhancement of their product, as well as critical evaluation of their systems. I was commissioned by the Mica group to investigate and propose a new IT platform. I have guided a hardware group (with supporting wholesale warehouse), shoe chains, a music chain, a well established building material supplier group, a leading digital equipment supplier chain, a business office supplies franchise group and a FMCG chain in their Digital Transformation.

I partnered with World Wide Worx in creating TCO evaluation models for Intel and BCX. I also participated in their national road show on business measurement.

 

I conduct ‘Hands-On Business’ sessions for the SMME segment which addresses the need for easy measurement of critical metrics allowing more proactive understanding of current performance.

I have also had experience in creating benchmark parameters enabling performance measurement, “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it”. 


I am a senior mentor for the ORTJet program and participte in their mentoring evaluation process.
