I have been involved in retail, business strategy and computer software for many years. My first computerised point of sale (POS) system was installed in my business in 1984 and since then, migrated through many systems. My computer software business developed, marketed and supported school administration systems nationally for over twenty years.

With this experience, my founder initiative and international chairmanship of the Mica Group, I have guided many businesses in strategic business and IT decisions and guided workflow implementation.

I am the past chairman of ORT SA, a non-profit training and mentoring entity. Presently a trustee of World ORT.
